It's one person answering, so replies aren't instant — but anything about the data does get looked at. If something in the game looks wrong, it might well be, and I'd rather know.
If you've hit a bug
A few details make it much easier to work out what happened:
- Which mode you were playing
- Your browser, and whether you were on a phone or a computer
- What you expected versus what actually happened
- A screenshot, if it's something visual
One thing worth ruling out first: the globe needs WebGL. If it never appears at all, check WebGL is enabled in your browser and that hardware acceleration hasn't been switched off.
Things that might already be answered
- Privacy and your data — the privacy policy covers what's stored and how to wipe it.
- How scoring works — how to play breaks down the distance curve and the multipliers.
- What's in the game — see what's in the game. The exact league list isn't published, deliberately, so the hard questions stay hard.
- Lost your streak? Streaks live in your browser's local storage, so if site data got cleared it's gone for good. There's no copy on a server to restore from.
On affiliation
LogoMapper isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any league, club or governing body that appears in it. Club badges are used to identify the clubs they belong to. If you're a rights holder with a concern about a particular crest, email the address above and I'll deal with it promptly.
